You are asked here to read the filters in a way that is non-traditional: after reading the introductory part of each one, read aloud what is in the picture/word box and then close your eyes and notice your feelings for about a half minute or maybe little more.
The key to letting this work for you: Just be, hushing up the chattering egoic mind. Yes, you can. It gets easier with practice…and could it be that practicing silence can be one of the most valuable gifts you can give yourself?
Note: when there are two storybox/photos in a filter, it is only the last one that you are requested to go with into the silence, noticing your feelings for at least about a half minute.
